An unjustly exiled man, Benjamin Barker, returns to London to seek vengeance against the corrupt Judge who framed him and ravaged his young wife. The road to revenge leads him to Mrs. Lovett, who runs a failing pie shop. Together they devise a plan that takes them down a dangerous and thrilling path of bloody carnage.
